Ingredientes :
10 ovos inteiros
300 gr. de açúcar
4 colheres de sopa de doce de chila
1 colher de chá de canela
Misturar tudo bem
Com 150 gr. de açúcar fazer caramelo e forrar a forma.
Cozer em banho maria cerca de 1 hora na temperatura 180º
Desenformar ainda quente
Deve ser feito de véspera - delicioso
Esse pudim ficou mesmo uma tentação!
